General Director (Russia/CIS)
Leonid is the General Director of Moscow-based Drum Risk Management and has been responsible for operations in the countries of the former Soviet Union since 2008.
Leonid started his career as a legal advisor to a State-Owned industrial enterprise. He later became the Secretary to the Presidential Commission for cooperation with the World Bank in 1992.
From 1993 until 1995 he was the Head of Department of the Russian Bank for Reconstruction and Development.
Subsequently Leonid held various executive roles with a Russian-Swedish real estate company and several trading companies focusing on pipes & equipment for the oil and gas industry, jewellery distribution and agricultural commodities (grain).
Leonid graduated with a law degree from the Kiev State University.
