General Director (Russia/CIS)
Leonid is the General Director of Moscow-based Drum Risk Management and has been responsible for operations in the former Soviet Union countries since 2008.
Leonid started his career as a legal advisor to a state-owed industrial enterprise. He later became the Secretary to the Presidential Commission for cooperation with the World Bank in 1992.
From 1993 until 1995 was the Head of Department of the Russian Bank for Reconstruction and Development.
Subsequently Leonid held various executive roles with a Russian-Swedish real estate company and several trading companies focusing on pipes and equipment for the oil and gas industry, jewelry distribution and agricultural commodities (grain).
Leonid graduated with a law degree from the Kiev State University.
